How to Commission Me:

Currently you can only commission me via Vgen.

If you are uncertain about whether I will/can draw something please feel free to ask me about it. Here are some basic examples of things I will and won't do however.

Regarding Reference Sheets:

Reference sheets will always be done in flat colors.
A basic sheet includes both a front and back view of the character, color swatches, a simple style background and some information about the character such as name, race and height. Closeups of tattoos and simple accessories can also be included.
Adding a side view or other additional or alternate bodies will typically add a charge of $45 per body or more if complex.
Adding expressions has a starting charge of $10-$15 depending on detail. Additional expressions may cost $5-$15 depending if they are simple adjustments (i.e. all from the same front angle) or completely unique.
A SFW Nude version is available at no extra cost upon request. You can have additional versions such as alternate outfits or a NSFW nude version for an extra charge depending on complexity.

By purchasing my art services you automatically accept and agree to the following conditions.

Please carefully read this agreement in its entirety before submitting payment. I reserve the right to change or add to these terms at any time as I see fit.
For questions or concerns please email me at: [email protected]I do not and will not ever create or sell NFT’s, you may not use any of my art, commissioned or otherwise to produce, promote or sell NFT’s. If you find any of my work being sold in such a manner it is in direct violation of my terms of service and should be reported. I also do not consent to my works being used in AI.I reserve the right to reject your commission request for any reason with or without explanation.

PAYMENTS
• Payment is due in full before I begin work on your commission and will be paid through Vgen.REVISIONS
• For non surprise me/skeb style pieces you may request one major revision during the sketch phase, examples include changing pose or switching outfit. Any further major revisions will be subject to additional charges.• After completion you may request minor adjustments if I forgot something you provided reference to (i.e. an earring etc), or colors that are incorrect. These minor fixes are free but only if the fault is mine and not something that you forgot to provide to me.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Within most cases commissions will be completed within a month or less after being accepted. If your piece is particularly large and complicated this may change and will be discussed. If something occurs to interfere with this timeline I will let you know.USE
• The commissioner may upload the work on sites and galleries as long as I am credited as Laureli ObsidianFang. Linking and tagging my accounts when posting is appreciated.

The commissioner may not ever remove or obscure my signature.• The commissioner may resell the work for the same price they purchased it for, but it may not be sold for reproduction such as prints, t-shirts, mugs and other merchandise to which I would be entitled to royalties.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• The commissioner (or owner of portrayed character(s) if purchased as a gift) retains the rights to the Intellectual Property.• I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the work as a sample in portfolios for sales or self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.• I may stream the process of working on your commission if I so desire, if this is something that you do not want, let me know when you make the request.• I reserve the right to modify and resell new works created from any potentially rejected sketches or partially completed canceled pieces in the future.REFUNDS
• Refunds are available only before approval of the sketch.• Refunds are not available on surprise me/skeb style pieces.• An exception is of course made if I for some reason cannot complete your commission.COMMUNICATION
• Provide me with references, more is generally better, but at least one. These references do not need to be of your actual character but could be of a hairstyle, facial expression, pose/angle etc.• If you want something customized or altered from the standard (such as background color) please let me know when you place the request.• If you have questions regarding something you feel was unclear please ask me.
